God is IT
And It is God,
Omni-everything and yet unknowing,
Unfeeling creator of His last creation.
ECCE HOMO - devestatingly endowed now
With all his selfconfounding
Selfconfusing, selfindulging Power
To Be MAN - utterly Human:
Love only because he can hate
Have compassion only because he can be cruel
Live completely only because he can die.

At last, God destined, God determined
To be Humankind - or else!
That's the joke
